RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:
All product orders are non-refundable if opened.
Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of Hopelash but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
All tweezer/metal products are hand tested and inspected before being shipped out, therefore we are not able to provide refunds but are willing to send you a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
RETURNS
For unopened products, we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at hopelashltd@hotmail.com.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty (20) days process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
